fixed_crc32c

Use my fork for crc32c 1.0.5

The source of the 1.0.5 archive broke because someone made both a branch
and tag named hunter-1.0.5 that don't point to the same changeset
anymore.

My fork just removes the branch so the original version we were
downloading is still avialable.
