Updates all repo URL references (README, per-package READMEs, docs badges, PackageProjectUrl, docfx _gitContribute, CHANGELOG) to the renamed squid-std repo and the new Pages URL https://tgiachi.github.io/squid-std/. Package ids/namespaces SquidStd.* unchanged. Only a chore commit — no new release.
