Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.

I need a way to add a tag to specific subnets for some projects like Karpenter and AWS Load Balancer Controller to work.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Be able to specify tags that match a subnets name.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Could use per_az tags, but if using a secondary CIDR, it would tag both.

Additional context

This will be useful for EKS deployments that use karpenter and need to add tags to subnets, but don't want them applied to all public/private subnets.
