OMC AI Support Agent

AI-powered support assistant for OMC's environmental monitoring infrastructure.

Overview

This project builds an AI agent that helps OMC support engineers troubleshoot device outages faster by:

1. Searching knowledge base - Instantly finds relevant procedures from intranet docs
2. Running diagnostics - Pings devices, checks connectivity, queries logs
3. Recommending solutions - Based on historical incidents and documented procedures
4. Automating actions - Power cycling via Cybertec, creating Jira tickets
