Rule update only

Keeps the existing trigger: offer when the user asks or the current task would materially benefit, with at most one unsolicited offer per conversation. No message-count threshold is introduced.

  • Always include the existing Spectrum Apps in Messages App Store link with the relevant offer/setup instructions.
  • Ask the user to install/enable Spectrum in Messages and connect Vercel in Grokbot only if it is not already connected.
  • Wait for the same user's contextual “done” or equivalent in iMessage or Grokbot before starting new Live Mini setup. This is user confirmation, not machine-detected installation.
  • Preserve prior authorization and already-working installations. No additional permission questionnaire, no core iMessage setup blocker, and no new backend machinery.

Changes are limited to the two existing skills:

  • skills/spectrum-imessage-apps-nudge/SKILL.md
  • skills/live-mini-enable/SKILL.md

Base is repair/product-integrated at 2584756a64d605a61d4aa73048ae857a314649ce, the current branch discussed. This PR does not merge the repair branch into main.

Tests, deployments, and live message checks were not run, as requested. No runtime code, dependencies, data, or message timing changed.
