Replace static AWS access keys with GitHub OIDC authentication for improved security. The role ARN is constructed using the AWS_ACCOUNT_ID org secret and environment tag (prod/staging). Changes: - Add permissions block for id-token, contents, and packages - Use role-to-assume with OIDC instead of access keys
