Adapt setup.py and scripts to use entry point instead of scripts
Use the previous script name and create the same entry point in conda.

Change setup.py and scripts to use entry point. It generates a conflict on the script folder-gui, the "-" ins not allowed, but on the conda side it is allowed. We should decide the final name.
On the other hand the PR includes the configuration to create the conda package.
