人様のリポジトリで練習するなという話もありますがそれぞれCI対象更新しました
あと、 GitHub Actions の ubuntu の更新はかなり遅くて ubuntu:latest の実体がなんなのかがわかりづらいので
明示的なバージョン指定にしました
