- Added the ability to connect to couchDB server without specifying the port
- Fixes in db_find, db_bulk_docs and db_bulk_get
- Correct Etag parsing for HEAD requests
Added HTTP error on erroneous status occured
Added load method for DocumentExistingResponse model
Fixed find endpoint, added FindResponse.
Changed db url parsing to allow empty port.
Fixed find endpoint. Moved all params to request body according to CouchDB docs.
