6.2 cherry-pick of #3088

  • Explanation: Updates the InlineArray type sugar separator from x to of
  • Scope: Affects parsing of the (currently experimental) InlineArray type sugar
  • Issue: rdar://152334289
  • Risk: Low, the syntax is currently disabled by default, and the patch just swaps one identifier for another
  • Testing: Updated tests in test suite
  • Reviewer: Ben Barham
