This isn't entirely the case. It does get built with CMake, its just that the lists are maintained in the swiftlang/swift repository.

@compnerd Right! We'll just do any CMakeList maintenance in that repository instead. (FWIW, I think that project just globs the files in from this project, which is why we haven't run into these kinds of "missing file" issues when building for the stdlib.)
