This pull request improves support for Windows by
Adjusting for some differences in file naming and locations.
Enabling use of the printer selection dialog by reproducing 'lpstat -a' in python.
I'm using cygwin to provide enscript. This was tested on Windows 10 and Windows 7, both 64-bit.
