Add Laravel 11 & 12 Support in composer.json

This PR updates the package’s composer.json to add support for Laravel 11 and Laravel 12, ensuring continued compatibility with the latest Laravel releases.

Changes Made

• Extended laravel/framework version constraints to include ^11.0 and ^12.0.
• Verified PHP compatibility (^7.3 through ^8.3) remains intact.
• Retained support for older Laravel versions (5.6 → 10) to ensure broad compatibility.
• Confirmed react/socket dependency remains stable and compatible.
• Left development dependencies (phpunit and orchestra/testbench) unchanged, as they already support the target versions.
