Adds a new AI Chat prompt to the library (rank 164): an AI answer / research engine (Perplexity-style) app screen.

• Category: AI Chat (4th ai-chat item; the library's first answer-engine screen)
• Style/palette: clean modern-SaaS, light cool paper #f5f6f8 + ink #14161b + ONE rose/raspberry accent #e11d48; Hanken Grotesk + Inter + JetBrains Mono. Deliberately avoids the dark-violet/indigo AI-chat cliche.
• What it is: a slim left nav rail + a centered answer column (question -> Answer/Sources/Images tabs -> source-chip strip -> synthesized answer with inline numbered citation chips + an in-answer RAG-vs-Fine-tuning comparison card -> Related follow-ups -> an Ask-a-follow-up composer with a model picker) + a right Sources rail (source cards with the active citation tinted). Fully responsive.
