fix bug with projected missing under nullish - #7548

There was a bug with SQL expressions showing missing errors when projections caused missing values. This commit fixes dot expression to turn missings into nulls whe nullish is set. This fixes 7468, which cites an issue with named types but the named type didn't turn out to be the problem. Fixes #7468
