other-formats PDF 没有做 base URL 的设置

网站生成的 PDF 没有设置 base URL，相对链接无法正确解析．见 Quarto Discussion #13000

目前的 workaround 是手动在 LaTeX 模板导言区里添加：

\hyperbaseurl{https://your.website.com/}

目前项目使用 offpage-crosslinks.lua 作为 workaround。
