END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("LabLicense") and Denys Vitiaz ("Licensor") for the use of the software product (the "Software") provided by Licensor. By installing, modifying or using the Software, LabLicense agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

1.1. License to Use: Licensor grants LabLicense a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Software, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Code Modification

2.1. Modification Rights: LabLicense may modify the Software's source code or any part of it to suit their specific needs or preferences.

2.2. Attribution: LabLicense is not required to mention Licensor as the author or contributor when modifying the Software or using modified versions of it.

3. Copying and Distribution

3.1. Copying: LabLicense may copy and distribute the Software, whether in its original form or modified, provided that LabLicense adheres to the following conditions:

3.1.1. Attribution: While LabLicense is not obligated to mention Licensor as the author or contributor when distributing modified versions, LabLicense must not falsely claim ownership or authorship of the original unmodified Software.

3.1.2. No Implied Endorsement: LabLicense shall not use Licensor's name, logo, or any other branding in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with LabLicense's modified versions of the Software.

3.2. Distribution Responsibility: LabLicense shall be solely responsible for any liability or legal consequences arising from the distribution of the Software, whether in its original form or modified.

4. No Warranty

4.1. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided "as-is," without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2. No Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of the use, modification, or distribution of the Software.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this EULA and the License granted herein at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, LabLicense must immediately cease all use, modification, and distribution of the Software.

6. Governing Law

6.1. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ukraine

7. Entire Agreement

7.1. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between LabLicense and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By installing or using the Software, LabLicense acknowledges that they have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If LabLicense does not agree with these terms, they should not install or use the Software.
