Added Tap to Pay Education View (iOS 18+ only)

Summary

I added a function to trigger the popup to "educate merchants" as it is one of apple's requirements for the tap to pay entitlement

Motivation

It fixes #885 and would like to use it in my own app

Testing

Usage:

You can use this function by importing it like so:

import { promptTapToPayEducationView } from '@stripe/stripe-terminal-react-native'

then trigger the function for the popup.

Hi, thank you for the PR! We are actually planning on having the support for the Apple Tap To Pay education API via the Terminal iOS SDK in an upcoming release, which will move the logic from the React Native SDK layer to the native layer. Because of this, we will be holding off on merging this PR.
