Image padding required for enterprise page hero image: https://strapi.io/enterprise

@matej-marcisovsky, based on yesterday's meeting:

1. Edit css so the image is always fully visible (no matter the size)
2. Add the same image as a blur behind it, so if the image is smaller at any size, no "empty" space is visible
