Add jsx support and some housekeeping

• adds jsx support to webpack out of the box (adds @babel/plugin-transform-react-jsx dep and pragma to babel config), lowering barrier of entry for those wanting to use jsx/react without deeper knowledge of webpack
• remove jest config - it was looking for a non-existent file and contained unnecessary config
• updates package.json
  • update name (old package name)
  • update repo (wrong link, old package name)
  • delete bug (issues not open)
  • delete main (not relevant)
