This PR reworks the algorithm for finding the stroke's radius based on its thinning, pressure, easing, and size. It also trims down the package size (from 1.9kb to 1.7kb gzipped) and extends documentation.

The change to the radius algorithm is considered a breaking change, so we'll bump the version number.
