Add "How it works" flow and pricing tier cards
Adds a three-step visual onboarding flow (connect wallet → track → save) and three pricing tier cards (Starter, Growth, Family) to the homepage. Each card includes a feature list and CTA linking to the relevant onboarding route. Section is fully responsive, collapsing to a single column on mobile with the highlighted tier surfaced first
