Hey @jpeeler the change itself is simple, but it looks like Circle has reworked their orb build tools, and the v10 orb build tools don't seem to work anymore, so our publishing is broken until we can revamp this build to v12 of the orb build tools.

It also looks like they completely reworked the orb build tools, so I'm struggling to find all the parts of our build in the new tools project.
