- The codegen now creates a script that can use user defined options such as "--max-events" or "--no-systematics." These options are passed as dictionary keys.
- Users can now submit particle.yaml files and/or parton.yaml files in addition to or instead if reco.yaml
- Analysis functionality not yet implemented (ie "--analysis" option is not yet available)

Oops - we need to delete all of the service level workflows. This is all now handled at the repo level deploy-config.json
