There are still a couple of issues in
cc, even if rust-lang/cc-rs#1176 and rust-lang/cc-rs#1225 are going to fix LLVM target triples. Until the issues are all fixed, lets switch to older v18 version of LLVM/clang in MSYS2 during build of releases. @x100111010 it will make your #37 obsolete and using msvc as extra clang argument will break msvc free builds.
