Reword the LegalFooter primitive doc comment, styles.css header, and the CHANGELOG entry to describe the footer as self-contained rather than "Chakra-free" — the SDK never depended on Chakra. No code/behaviour change. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
