avatar Solomon Adzape

Software engineer building beautiful, functional experiences.

I work primarily with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js, with additional experience across Rust, Tauri, PostgreSQL and onchain systems. I enjoy taking products from interface and interaction design through APIs, infrastructure, testing and deployment.

Selected work

A local-first desktop assistant for macOS, Windows and Linux, with on-device inference, reminders, voice notes, governed tool use and optional connected services.

  • Tauri, Rust, React, TypeScript and llama.cpp
  • Cross-platform installers and automated releases
  • Local conversation storage and permission-gated tools
  • Website and downloads

An unaudited Stellar testnet DeFi vault that deposits XLM into yield strategies and issues a liquid, value-accruing nXLM token.

  • Soroban contracts and 64 accounting/security tests
  • Event indexer and hosted PostgreSQL data
  • Responsive wallet, deposit and redemption flows
  • Testnet interface

A testnet prototype for collateralized API service-level agreements. Providers lock a USDC guarantee, while monitored downtime can trigger settlement to the subscriber.

  • Soroban escrow contract and testnet deployment
  • Multi-wallet authentication
  • Monitoring and transaction-feedback interfaces
  • Live prototype

A football survival pool with self-custodial USDt wallets, weighted settlement and optional on-device AI advice.

  • Next.js, TypeScript, Tether WDK and QVAC
  • Playable simulation mode
  • Verifiable Sepolia test transactions
  • Live prototype

How I work

I use AI extensively for learning, planning and implementation, while retaining responsibility for requirements, architecture, code review and verification. I prefer small reviewed changes, explicit constraints, automated tests and clear documentation of product limitations.

Current interests

  • Local-first and privacy-conscious AI
  • Governed agent and tool workflows
  • Complex frontend interfaces
  • Financial and developer infrastructure
  • Desktop and cross-platform products

Elsewhere

I am currently completing a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
