Closing — Dependabot can't regenerate a valid lockfile for this repo (transitive jose@5.10.0 drift via ruflo→@claude-flow/cli fails npm ci), so this recreate produces a broken lockfile. Additionally, the aws-sdk group needs consumption review. Tracked in SMI-5271 for a deliberate manual maintenance pass (non-security — open alerts are at 0). The safe direct-manifest routine bumps landed in #1424.
