… 1+2 Update vpn-transmission.md to reflect actual deployment results: - Stage 1 (PIA inversion): Deployed - Stage 2 (VPN monitor): Deployed - Stage 3 (PF user test): FAILED on macOS 26.3 - Stage 4 (kernel kill-switch): Not viable - Stage 5 (auto-updates): Deployed Production architecture is Stages 1+2.
