Description
Renders the paper doll behind the F3 text so it's easier to read
I also added back some of the missing comments and formatting stripped in previous commits

Paperdoll was rendered in front of the F3 screen
Root Cause
The paper doll relies on the depth buffer to render
New Behavior
Paperdoll is now rendered behind the F3 screen
Fix Implementation
Disables the depth test before rendering the F3 text and re-enables it after, which allows it to render in front of the paper doll
