This adds a Redis-backed backplane and distributed RPC layer to
happy-server, with a memory fallback for single-process mode so realtime updates, ephemerals, and RPC calls work across processes. It wires the backplane into startup, shutdown, health monitoring, standalone boot, and deployment validation, and updates the Docker/deployment docs for single-process versus multi-pod operation. It also adds extensive unit and integration coverage, local Postgres/Redis test fixtures, and supporting architecture/sprint documentation for the multiprocess rollout.
