Material Design Update

First release as open source, and the first update to Material Design.

New features include:

• pull to refresh
• API 21 elevation
• individual bus color settings
• better http calls
• updated maps api
• cooler animations
• support moved from API 9 to 14 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
