Adds:
- Data Drift Monitoring
- Model Performance Monitoring

- Stopping Model Training
- Initiating Model Retraining
- Internal Slalom Details, including Architecture Diagrams
Prereqs:
- Sample requires image files downloaded (see the sample readme) and then uploaded to the S3 bucket specified in the transform.py script ([here](https://github.com/slalom-ggp/dataops-infra/blob/feature/ml-ops-v2/samples/ml-ops-on-aws-img-recognition/source/scripts/transform.py#L171))
