Description

Added Uzbek (uz) localization support to Flutter Quill. This PR includes:

New quill_uz.arb file with complete Uzbek translations
All UI strings translated to Uzbek
Proper metadata and descriptions for all translation keys
Maintained consistency with existing localization structure

The translation covers all editor functionality including:

Text formatting options
Image and video handling
Search functionality
Table operations
And all other UI elements
