Data loss when using an SD Card formatted as internal memory

Android Version 6.0 kernel Version 3.10.49 Build Nr.MRA58K

It is possible to use a SD Card as internal memory

formatted with

• adb shell
• sm list-disks adoptable
• sm partition disk:179,64 mixed 67

There is no problem to move Signal to the "SD-Card internal Memory"

But Signal will not recognize the login data, the Phone number and the stored chats and medias, if there is an update installed.

A new registration process with phone number and SMS is necessary

The data are lost at the phone but not at the Signal app (Linux Debian Stretch)

I am aware that this is uncommon trick, but it is useful
