Transport Network - School Choice (TNSC)

Currently not configured to run properly for more than 2 groups

To run:

1. Create a yaml config -- copy the default.yaml profile and rename it accordingly.
2. Run python main.py --config=<yaml_cofig_name>.yaml
3. Check the ./results folder for the results of the run.
