Fix issue #1095: On hovering card of users flickering issue

Description

This pull request addresses issue #1095. The changes include:

  • Removed "hover:overflow-x-scroll" to prevent changes in overflow behavior on hover.
  • Added overflow-x-scroll for consistent horizontal scrolling.

These changes ensure that the Profile Cards remains consistent and predictable, improving the user experience when interacting with horizontally scrollable content.
