I have successfully created the Scroll to Top button as per the issue requirements.
Changes Proposed
Implemented the ScrollToTopButton component.
Added the component to the appropriate pages to ensure smooth scrolling functionality.
Styled the button to match the app's design guidelines.
Added event listeners to track the scroll position and display the button accordingly.
