remove unneeded text replace "scheduled meetings" with "open evenings"
change "scheduled meetings" -> "open evenings" minor clerical errors

prompted by a new member being unsure how "individual" the hackspace is
the main confusion was that "scheduled meetings" sounded formal. I have replaced this with "open evenings".
