* Fix whitespace in setup.sh. Remove trailing whitespace and add newline at EOF. * Use /bin/bash instead of /bin/sh Use /bin/bash instead of /bin/sh in shebang lines on all scripts so that these scripts work on systems (like Debian) where /bin/sh is a different shell than bash. Currently kns/kctx are convenient whenever one is working with a single namespace/context at a time. However when person works with multiple namespaces and/or contexts it is easier to set up env variable for each terminal session to target specific namespaces/contexts. This PR aims to fix that with addition of KCTX and KNS env variables that can control default behavior in that terminal session. Autocompletion was augumented to accomodate above functionality as well
