not having those three entries makes harder to properly replicate npdm for someone who doesn't know that those exist
Also allow_debug in every retail game is set to true. By setting it to false you are blocking access to every app/sysmodule that doesn't have force_debug enabled (this includes dmnt:cht and SaltyNX)
