Ruby binding for Bugzilla WebService APIs

This aims to provide similar features in Ruby to access to Bugzilla through WebService APIs. currently the following APIs are available:

• Bugzilla::WebService::Bugzilla

• Bugzilla::WebService::Product

• Bugzilla::WebService::Bug

• Bugzilla::WebService::User
