Silo does not try to replace frontier models. It amplifies them with:
- structured legal data
- case and corpus context
- legislative grounding
- traceable evidence
- specialized layers for search, prioritization, and explanation
The goal is not generic chat. The goal is a legal workflow with better structure, better context, and better inspectability.

This repository is the public-facing home of the Silo product.
It owns:
- public product narrative
- high-level documentation
- architecture written for external readers
- a public roadmap and status framing
- language surfaces for English and pt-BR readers
This repository does not include:
- the main source code of the product
- internal engines and operational assets
- sensitive discovery material
- client data or private legal corpora
- the implementation backlog and internal orchestration details

The current public direction of the product can be summarized in three moves:
- Build the foundations for reliable legal intelligence.
- Prove value above an LLM-only workflow with a clear 360-degree delta.
- Validate that value externally before expanding the product surface.
The high-level roadmap is documented in docs/roadmap.md.
