feat(datatable): keyboard support header and checkbox. PLAT-951

Changes:

• Adds keyboard accessibility support to datatable headers and checkboxes.
• Headers can now be sorted using Enter/Space keys with proper focus indicators.
• Checkboxes are now keyboard navigable with tabIndex and focus styling.
