Media Handler is a chrome designed for the use of parental control basically. It restricts the time usage of various social media sites to a fixed interval.
Might even block the site if the time limit ie. 10 minutes in this case exceeds.

Hence, it is a very useful extension to limit the time spent on social media sites.
