  • Update dockerfile with scientific computing packages (fix Update Dockerimage in example fenics paper #6)
  • Add pyproject.toml
  • Update pre-commit hooks
  • Add spell checker
  • Show how to use python do download files
  • Use jupytext to convert python file to notebook when building site
  • Update workflows
