Feat/table pagination

Summary

1. Add DataTable component. It builds table from columns and items array
2. Add Pagination component and pagination feature to DataTable
3. Add sorting feature to DataTable. Supports internal sorting (for fully FE controlled data) and external (for data paginated and sorted on BE)
4. Add rows padding to prevent table shrinking on the last page
