本次更新引入了对 Webhook 事件的初步支持，允许通过
POST /webhook请求触发分析任务，方便与其他系统集成。同时，新增了通用 Webhook 通知功能，可以将结果发送到任意兼容的 Webhook 地址。此外，修复了 GitHub Actions 的运行逻辑，并更新了 Docker 配置和自述文件，以支持新功能的使用。
