by using also NRF_TIMER2
use given resolution intead of the 8 bits internal convertion. we are now reseting the counter on CC[0] match allowing control over bit resolution and frequency. reduced interrupt code, cycling checks only inside timer assigned pins added non standard pwmPrescaller (no standard here?)
