MEEP-1.2-actt-0.2.3

Replace the original MEEP source and libctl files with the ones given here and compile normally.
Example control files are given.
Near to far field outputs are given in Spherical coordinates and fields, an example matlab script is given.
Don't forget the (outputs) function at the end of the control file.
